By signing up for or using Strive and win ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Strive and win is an all-in-one career toolkit that provides AI-powered resume building, trackable resume links, resume and profile analytics, cold email outreach (via Gmail), public profile pages, resume analysis, and optional integrations with GitHub and WakaTime. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may create an account using email and password or by signing in with Google, GitHub, or WakaTime. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes. You agree not to: (a) misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts; (b) use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate any person's rights; (c) upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; (d) scrape or automate access in a way that overloads or harms the Service; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, profile data, emails, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Strive and win a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service (for example, generating PDFs, showing your profile page, sending emails via your connected Gmail, and powering analytics).
The Service uses third-party providers (e.g., Google for sign-in and Gmail, GitHub and WakaTime for optional integrations, and cloud storage for files). Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated content (e.g., resume text or email drafts) is for assistance only; you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before use.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
