Strivon ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a career toolkit that helps you build resumes, share trackable links, run cold outreach, and view analytics. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Account data: When you sign up (email/password or Google, GitHub, or WakaTime), we store identifiers, name, email, and profile image as needed for your account and sign-in.
• Profile and content: Information you add to your profile (username, bio, links, skills, projects, recommendations, tags), resume files and LaTeX content, and cold-email templates, shortcuts, and recipient data.
• Outreach and email: If you connect Gmail, we use it to send emails on your behalf and may store metadata (e.g., sent time, reply status) to show outreach history and follow-ups.
• Analytics and usage: When someone views your resume or profile, we may record view events and related technical data (e.g., approximate location, device, browser, referrer) to power your analytics dashboard.
• Integrations: If you connect GitHub or WakaTime, we receive and store the data those services provide (e.g., repos, activity) to build your proof-of-work or analysis features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and operate the Service (e.g., hosting your profile, generating PDFs, sending emails, showing analytics); improve and secure the Service; and communicate with you about your account or the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.

We store data on our own infrastructure and use third-party services to run the product: for example, databases for account and app data, cloud storage (e.g., AWS S3) for resume and profile assets, and OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, WakaTime) for sign-in and integrations. You can update or delete much of your data from within the dashboard (profile, resumes, templates). If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in line with our retention practices, except where we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.
